The order impugned dated 23/12/2024 passed by the Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies was already the subject matter of challenge before the Divisional Joint Registrar by the petitioner in Appeal no. 57 of 2025. The Divisional Joint Registrar has dismissed the Appeal No. 57 of 2025 thereby confirmed the impugned order dated 23/12/2024 vide order dated 30/06/2025. No relief can be granted to the petitioner in this petition. It is open for the petitioner to resort to appropriate remedy challenging the order dated 30/06/2025 in Appeal No. 57 of 2025.

Keeping all contention raised in this petition open with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30/06/2025, the petition is disposed of.

If appropriate proceedings are resorted to, it is always open for the petitioner to file an application for interim relief which shall be heard on its own merits.
