On 7th November 2025, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent stated that the parties have resolved the dispute and sought time to file the Consent Terms.

Accordingly, by said Order dated 7th November 2025, Mr. Vikramaditya Deshmukh, learned Counsel of this Court, was appointed to assist the parties in drawing up the Consent Terms. 3.

With the assistance of Mr. Vikramaditya Deshmukh, learned Cousel, both the parties have drawn the brief agreed Consent Terms and seek time to file the detailed Consent Terms tomorrow.
