The challenge in this Writ Petition is to the Order dated 3rd April 2025 by which 'No Written Statement' Order has been set aside. 3.

The impugned Order passed is of a discretionary nature. There is nothing on record to show the discretion exercised by the learned Trial Court is exercised in an arbitrary and unjust manner. 4.

Accordingly, no interference in the impugned Order is warranted under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 5.
