The affidavit-cum-undertaking duly signed by Shri.Prakash Rajaram Patil, the authorised signatory of petitioner No.2 - Sinhgad Technical Education Society is filed on behalf of the petitioner No.2. Same is taken on record and marked as "X1" for identification.

Learned senior advocate for the petitioners, on instructions of Shri. Prakash Patil, states that the petitioners undertake to abide by the statements made in the said undertaking. The statement is accepted. The consequence of default shall obviously follow.

In this view of the matter, we dispose of the petition by passing following order:

a] The Respondent No.1 shall forthwith issue its continuation of affiliation for UG and PG Courses with approved intake in the Petitioner No.1 College for the Academic Year 2025-26, for which Apex Body DCI has already granted its recognition.

b] The Respondent No.2 shall forthwith include 9 MDS courses with approved intake of 3 seats in each course in the Petitioner No.1 College in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for Academic Year 2025-26 in the second round of admission and allot students for admission in the respective 9 MDS Courses with approved intake of 3 seats in each course in the Petitioner No.1 College for the Academic Year 2025-26 without insisting for formal letter of continuation of affiliation issued by the Respondent No.1-MUHS. c] The Respondent No.2 shall forthwith include UG courses with approved intake of 100 seats in the Petitioner No.1 College in the ensuing Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for Academic Year 2025-26 and allot students for admission in UG Course with approved intake of 100 seats in the Petitioner No.1 College for the Academic year 2025-26 without insisting for formal letter of continuation of affiliation issued by the Respondent No.1-MUHS.

Mr. Yashodeep Deshmukh, learned counsel to inform respondent No.2 to immediately act on this order and do the needful.
