The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is appointed as Junior Assistant Clerk with the respondent No.4 on probation, unless interim order is granted, there is possibility of the petitioner being terminated from service. 4.

We are inclined to grant limited relief. Accordingly, we direct that the service of the petitioner shall not be terminated during the pendency of this petition, subject to the petitioner filing undertaking on affidavit in this Court within two weeks from today Shrikant Malani

966.WP.10066.2025.doc stating that she shall not claim any service benefit such as confirmation, promotion, increment, pay fixation etc. during the pendency of this petition. Copy of the said undertaking shall be placed on record before the office of respondent No.4, within the said time period of two weeks.
