Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for Respondent/State.

By this Writ Petition, the petitioner takes exception to the common order dated 27.06.2025 passed by Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee thereby invalidating the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner relying on the order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.10376 of 2025 with connected Writ Petition in the matter of Kartik Laxman Limbore Vs. State of Maharashtra contends that the same common order has been set Narwade

972-wp-10066-2025 -2aside by this Court in the said Writ Petitions and therefore prays for allowing this Writ Petition.

Learned AGP does not dispute the said aspect. In that view of the matter, we pass the following order :

:: O R D E R ::

i.

The writ petition is partly allowed.

ii.

The impugned common order dated 27.06.2025 passed by Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee is hereby quashed and set aside.

iii.

Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe validity certificate in favour of the petitioner.

iv.

The petitioner shall not claim any equity.

v.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
