Heard Mr.Rane, learned Advocate for Petitioners and Ms.Patil, learned Advocate for Respondent.

Today above four Petitions are listed on board which are filed by employees.

3.

Mr. Rane would submit that apart from above four Petitions there are nine other Petitions which have been filed by similarly placed employees of Respondent - Corporation. He would submit that these nine Petitions are listed on board on 18th September, 2025.

4.

Ms. Patil, learned Advocate for Respondent - Kolhapur Municipal Transport namely the principal contesting Respondent states that challenge in the present Petitions affect the Corporation. She would submit that Corporation has filed 20 Writ Petitions to challenge said order as far back as in the year 2020.

5.

Both the learned Advocates state that the employees have challenged impugned order dated 23.09.2023 passed in recovery application whereas Kolhapur Municipal Transport has challenged the original impugned award dated 30.07.2019.

Both the learned Advocates would persuade the Court to list all matters together for the simple reason that most of the employees are near their retirement age and some of them have even retired.

7.

Mr. Rane would submit that if all matters are listed early it would be beneficial to the cause of the employees. Considering the joint request made by Mr. Rane as also Ms. Patil for listing all petitions together I propose to list following Petitions for hearing by consent on 5th August, 2025:- A.
