1.

Not on board. In view of urgency, taken on production board.

2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.2 - Hon'ble Revenue Minister to hear the interim application for stay in revision application expeditiously on its own merits. 4.

The petitioner suffered an order dated 24th February 2014 from the Tahsildar, Miraj. By the said order, the Tahsildar granted right of way to respondent No.3 - Sangappa Lokhande to approach to his field bearing Gat No.2044 from the land bearing No.2045 and Gat No.2029 owned by the petitioner.

DSS 1/2

p-501-wp-10103-25.doc 5.

On 12th June 2025, the petitioner preferred a revision application before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister. We do not find it necessary to direct the respondent No.2 - Honble Revenue Minister to decide the revision application expeditiously, as the revision itself is filed in June 2025. However, it would be appropriate if the application for stay made before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister be heard expeditiously. Accordingly, we direct that the application for stay before the Hon'ble Revenue Minster be heard expeditiously and preferably within a period of 4 weeks from today. For a period of four weeks from today, the order dated 24th February 2014 passed by the Tahsildar shall not be implemented.

6.

The petitioner to appear before the respondent No.2 - Hon'ble Revenue Minister on 25th July 2025 at 3.00 p.m. Keeping all the contentions open, the petition is disposed of.
