The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in the present case is entitled to acceptance of her request for change of subject from being a Social Science teacher to a teacher for Math and Science. 2.

We have put queries to the learned counsel for the petitioner to demonstrate before this Court any Government Resolution/Circular/Notification or any statutory provision or rule which mandates that when a teacher acquires additional qualification, he/she is entitled to such change in the teaching subjects. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner is presently unable to demonstrate any such policy in the form of any documents placed on record. 3.

Unless such a policy is placed before this Court, the prayer is made in this petition cannot be considered.
