These Petitions were listed today only to record compliance on the part of the State Government in issuing the SOP. Now that the SOP has been issued, the compliance is recorded.

Needless to state, that this Court has not gone into the any issue with regard to the SOP and any challenge to the same, is left open to be considered in an appropriate case.
