By this petition, the petitioner has sought the following substantive relief :- "[A] That this Hon'ble Court under its Civil Appellate Writ jurisdiction under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India 1950, be please to issue writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, Order, Direction thereby directing the Respondent No. 2 Assistant Charity Commissioner Pune-II to decide the Change Report No. 2199/2015, Change Report No. 1815/2022, Change Report No. 1816/2022, Change Report No. 3952/2022, Change Report No. 3953/2022, Change Report No. 1298/2025, Change Report No. 1299/2022, Change Report No. 1300/2025, along with Change Report No. 2198 of 2015 within same period i.e. four months." Learned A.G.P. on instructions states the Change Reports will be decided within 1 1⁄2 year.

Perused the petition. It appears that the Change Reports are pending i.e. two Change Reports of 2015; four Change Reports of 2022 and two Change Reports of 2025, before the respondent No.2-The Assistant Charity Commissioner No.-II, Pune. 4.
Considering that the Change Reports are pending for so many years, we direct the respondent No.2-The Assistant Charity Commissioner No.-II, Pune before whom the proceedings are pending to decide the Change Reports, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
Petition is allowed and is accordingly disposed of. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. SANDESH D. PATIL, J.
