Learned counsel for Petitioners submits that the office of Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Shrigonda has transferred the proceedings of enquiry in respect of C.T.S. No. 2041 at Shrigonda, Tq. Shrigonda, Dist. Ahilyanagar to the authority at Rahata. It is his contention that this order is contrary to the order passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records in Appeal No. 1512/2017.

Having regard to the aforestated position, learned AGP is directed to file affidavit of the concerned Deputy Superintendent of Land Records and makes submissions in this regard. 4.

Learned AGP seeks two weeks time to make submissions in this regard.

In view of this, the proceeding before the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Rahata in respect of property C.T.S. No. 12041 stands stayed till next date of hearing. 6.

Stand over to 01.10.2025.
