Heard learned senior counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Samant, learned Additional Government Pleader for the RespondentsState. 2.
By this Petition, the Petitioners have impugned the Government Resolution dated 21st April 2025 issued by the Respondent No.1, which is at Exhibit 'A' to the Petition and as such, seeks quashing of the said Government Resolution. 1/3

Mr. Samant, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions of Mr. Kasture, Additional Secretary, Law and Judiciary Department, Mantralaya, who is present in Court, states that the Petitioners will not implement the Government Resolution dated 21st April 2025 qua the Petitioners till the Petitioners' detailed representation is considered and decided by the Competent Authority. Statement accepted.

Accordingly, we permit the Petitioners to make a detailed representation within two weeks from today to the concerned Authority. The concerned Authority to decide the said representation. In the event, the decision is adverse to the Petitioners, the same shall not be acted upon for a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.
Learned Additional Government Pleader to inform the learned counsel for the Petitioners as to whom the representation is to be addressed to. The same to be done within one week from today. 6.
Needless to state, that it is the discretion of the Authority concerned to decide, whether or not to give personal hearing to the parties in question.

The Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 8.
We make it clear, that we have gone into the merits of the Petition as well as the impugned Government Resolution and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits open, including the challenge to the Government Resolution.
