By this petition, the only relief sought by the petitioner is a direction to the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai, to hear and dispose of an Execution Application No. 499 of 2008 in Short Cause Suit No. 6022 of 1990 within a time-bound manner. 2.

Considering that this is the only relief sought, we do not deem ti necessary to issue notice to the respondents. It appears that Wakodikar 1/2

67-WP-10201-2025.doc the suit is of 1990 and the Execution Application is pending since 2008.

Considering the aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to direct the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai, to hear and dispose of the Execution Application bearing No.499 of 2008 in Short Cause Suit No. 6022 of 1990, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within six months from the receipt of this order. 4.

We make it clear that we have not heard the petition on merits other than the relief sought and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open.

Petition stands disposed of on the above terms. 6.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
