Present writ petition takes exception to order dated 04.08.2005 passed by District Co-operative Election Officer and District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Latur, thereby rejecting objection to delete names of 200 voters from list of valid voters of respondent no.5 society.

Mr. Dighe, learned advocate appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 points out that election of respondent no.5 society have been held and results are declared on 05.12.2025. In that view of matter, nothing survives for consideration in present writ petition. 3.
