Mr. Patil, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 has sought for extension of time to file affidavit-in-reply to the Writ Petition. By an order dated 28th July 2025 the Respondents were directed to file their affidavit-inreply within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order. 2.

Accordingly extension of time is granted. As and by way of last chance Respondent No.2 can file their affidavit-in-reply within a period of two weeks from today.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file affidavit in rejoinder thereto within a period of one week thereafter.

Place the Writ Petition for further consideration on 16th February 2026.
