By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioners revision application being Revision Application No. RTS.2722/1583/P.K. 605/J-4 expeditiously in N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 fairly states that the petitioners aforesaid Revision Application will be decided by the said authority, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within 3 months from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the Revision Application which is pending before the respondent No.2 and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits, open. SANDESH D. PATIL, J.
