By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the application filed by the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 before the Joint District Registrar-1 and Stamp Collector, Satara. 2.

Learned AGP raises a preliminary objection. He submits that the Petition is premature. He further submits that the application has not yet been decided by the Authority.

In view of the preliminary objection raised by the learned AGP, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Shivgan 1/2

The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Application or the Petition and as such, keep all contentions of all the parties on merits, open.
