Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the period of three years, order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act is not being implemented.

We direct the concerned respondent-Tahsildar to implement the Section 14 order within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. In-charge of concerned police station shall co-operate and provide necessary assistance. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charges for the police protection shall be Amk 1/2
