Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and Respondent No. 5 submit that the petitioner and Respondent no. 5, the contesting party, have amicably resolved the dispute, and Consent Terms have been executed. 3.

Mr. Abhishek Dubey, the partner of the petitioner, and Mr. Sanjay Shah, the partner of respondent no. 5, are present before the Court. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms and execution thereof. Mr. Dubey and Mr. Shah state that, they have read and understood the contents of the Consent Terms, and they agree to abide by the same. 4.

It appears that the Consent Terms have been executed voluntarily and there is no coercion or duress. The Consent Terms are thus taken on record and marked 'X'.

The petition stands allowed in accordance with the Consent Terms 'X'.

The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as the

undertakings to the Court.

WRIT PETITION NO. 10541 OF 2025 1.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition No. 10281 of 2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the instant petition does not survive.

The petition thus stands disposed as having been rendered infructuous.
