We have heard Mr. Vijaymane, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Kalel, learned A.G.P, for Respondents - State and Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for Respondents No.4 and 5.

Present Petition can be disposed of on the same terms as in the case of Uttam Ramchandra Chougule v/s State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No.5598 of 2022 with connected Writ Petitions decided on 18th July, 2022. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working with Respondent No.5 - Shri Bhavani Night High School, Satara. It has necessary workload. As such, he is required to be treated as "Full time Employee" in view of Government Resolution dated 17th May, 2017. 4.
The learned Counsel for Respondents No.4 and 5 submits that the Management would submit the proposal to the Education Officer in that regard within six weeks from today. Statement is accepted. 5.
After the proposal is received by Respondent No.3 - Education Officer, Respondent No.3 - Education Officer shall process the said proposal received from Respondents No.4 and 5 seeking benefit of Government Resolution dated 17th May, 2017 and if he is competent, shall take decision upon it within three months from the date of receiving the proposal and if he is required to forward the proposal to the higher Authorities then shall forward the same within three months. Higher Authorities shall process the proposal expeditiously. 6.
