Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lost her sister and even her son was suffering from Tuberculosis for six months. It is submitted that the petitioner is willing to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards outstanding loan amount with the respondent No.2 - Credit Society within a period of three weeks from today. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay outstanding amount, which at the relevant time was around Rs.5,45,453/-, in installments. Statements are accepted. 3.

In view of above statements, we request the respondent No.2 - Credit Society to consider the case of the petitioner DSS 1/2

13-cwp-10300-25.doc appropriately for grant of installments and reworking the payment schedule.

The petitioner to approach the respondent No.2 - Credit Society on 6th August 2025 at 11.00 a.m. along with copy of this order.

Since the petitioner is wiling to pay the outstanding amount, which at the relevant time was around Rs.5,45,453/-, in installments, the response of respondent No.2-Credit Society be placed on record by the next date. 6.

List on 3rd September 2025. Till the next date, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the secured asset, which is a Room in a Chawl.
