Heard Mr. Sandeep Sherkhane, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, who submits that in terms of the order dated 4th August, 2025 passed by this Court, his clients have deposited the amount of Rs.50,000/- by means of a cheque dated 20th August, 2025. However, no schedule of repayment of the loan, based on installments has yet been furnished to his clients by the Respondent No.1-Bank.

Mr. Prafull Chipte, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 is present and submits that no settlement could be arrived at in the matter between the parties. Mr. Chipte, however, could not inform this Court as to the specific reason why, Digitally signed by PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Date:

4 WP 10300-25-C.DOC schedule of re-payment of the loan on installment basis could not be issued to the Petitioners in terms of the order dated 4th August, 2025.

It appears from the record that the Petitioners are willing to repay the loan amount and is seeking facility of installment payment.

At the request of the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2, three weeks time is granted to the Bank to issue a fresh schedule of re-payment of the loan amount on installment basis, with interest. After receipt of the schedule of such re-payment, it would be open for the Petitioners to adequately respond to the same.

List again on 3rd October, 2025.
