Taking note of the fact that the Petitioner is woman entrepreneur, who had suffered heavy financial losses due to unexpected outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic and in view of the fact she is willing to repay the loan provided a soft repayment option is permitted by Bank, we, on the request of Ms. learned Advocate for the Respondent-Bank grant time to the Bank till 5th December 2025 to come up with a repayment proposal which is practicable in the facts of this case.

We make it clear that although in these matters, the Writ Court would not ordinarily interfere in exercise of the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India, yet having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstance of the case, the meagre amount of loan availed by the Petitioner and also considering the social status of the Petitioner, for the ends of justice we are inclined to adopt a humane approach in this matter in exercise of our discretionary jurisdiction and pass necessary orders. 3.
