Heard Mr. Sherkhane, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners. 64-WP-10300-2025 & 65-WP-10302-2025.DOC Petitioners will have to pay the entire amount at one go. Therefore, it is apparent that the Respondent No. 2 is not willing to grant soft repayment facility to the Writ Petitioner(s). 2.
Situated thus and having regard to the consideration, based on which the orders dated 10th September, 2025 as well as 3rd October, 2025 were passed in this case, we are of the view that the matters would require further consideration.

Respondent No.2 to file reply before the next date. 5.
Mr. Sherkhane, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, submits that the Writ Petitioners have already deposited Rs.50,000/- each as per the Court's order.
