The Petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the Seizure Memo dated 12th June 2025 issued by the Respondents whereby the Petitioner's vehicle being a C-Passenger carrying C-2 four wheeler of Force Motors Ltd. bearing no. MH-04-GP-1838, was detained by the RTO at Mumbai, on account of failure of the Petitioner to comply with the directions of this Court in the order dated 3rd March 2004 passed in Notice of Motion No. 57 of 2004 in Writ Petition No. 1762 of 1999. The Petitioner also seeks a direction to the Respondent No.2 to release the said detained vehicle along with the original documents of the said vehicle.

Mr. Rajas Naik, learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a statement that, the Petitioner is ready and willing to comply with all the terms and conditions as set out in the said order passed by this Court as also as referred in the order passed in Writ Petition (L) No. 10853 of 2024 dated 5th April 2024. On instructions, Mr. Naik also 2/3

undertakes to settle E-challans issued to the Petitioner, if any within a period of two weeks from today and further deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- with RTO at Mumbai towards costs within the same time. We accept the statement as an undertaking made to this Court. 3.

On such compliance being made, the Respondent concerned is directed to release the Petitioner's vehicle forthwith along with original documents of the same.

The Petition stands disposed off in the above terms. 5.
