Petitioners proposals for staff approval and release of salary grants are recommended by the Extension Officer. They are pending with respondent No.3 Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Nashik.

Respondent No.3 shall take decision on the pending proposals of the petitioners in accordance with the Government policy and rules applicable, on their own merit and after hearing the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision taken on the proposals shall be communicated to the petitioners. In case any proposal is already decided, the decision shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
