In this Petition, the Petitioner, inter-alia seeks a direction to the Respondents to supply copy of the agreement dated 21 September 2023 to the Petitioner which is alleged to be executed between the Petitioner and the Collector, Nashik.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that in case such the agreement is signed by the Collector, Nashik, copy of the same shall be supplied to the Petitioner.

The aforesaid submission is placed on record. 4.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
