Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that for noncompliance of the directions contained in the order dated 25 June 2025, passed in Writ Petition No. 4317 of 2025, the Petitioner has already filed a Contempt Petition. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with the liberty to pursue the Contempt Petition. 2.

Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
