Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the amount referred to in the impugned order dated 3 April 2025 at Exhibit A pages 27 to 29 has been paid by the petitioner to the respondent. He also refers to the payment transaction status receipt at Exhibit J page 132 of the paper book to submit that amount of Rs.11,35,00,000/- referred to therein includes an amount mentioned in the impugned order dated 3 April 2025. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no question of insisting that the petitioner should give the bank guarantee or the bond to secure the amount already paid.

Ms. Goel, learned counsel for the respondents submits that she will obtain instructions in this regard and request that the matter be taken up on 31 July 2025.
