Pursuant to our order dated 30 July 2025, Ms. Goel, on instructions, states that the amount of Rs.11,35,00,000/- stated to have been paid by the Petitioner, pertains, among others, to the past cleared consignments. Besides, she submits that the Petitioner has alternate and efficacious remedy of an Appeal under Section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962. 2.

Ms. Goel, seeks leave to file Affidavit on behalf of the concerned Respondents to amplify the above aspects. 3.
