By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Trial Court to decide the suit, bearing Suit No.1716 of 2012 filed by the respondent Nos.2 and 3, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 12 months; to also decide the Exhibit - 18 in Suit No.1716/2012 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month; to decide Notice of Motion No.2125/2022 in Suit No.1716 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month; and to decide the Notice of Motion No. 3699 of 2022 in Suit No. 1716 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 has no objection for granting the reliefs as sought for in this petition. 4.
In view of the above and considering that the suit is of the year 2012, we direct the Trial Court to decide the said suit of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within 12 months from the 2/3
date of receipt of this order.

All interim applications i.e. Notice of Motions and Exhibit - 18 filed in the said suit also to be decided within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 7.
We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the proceedings pending before the Trial Court, and as such, all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open. 8.
In view of the disposal of the aforesaid petition, nothing survives for further consideration in the interim application. The same also stands disposed of accordingly.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
