The present Petition can be disposed off by directing the Education Officer to decide the proposal which has been forwarded by the Respondent Nos.6 & 7-Management.

The proposal forwarded to the Respondent No.5-Education Officer by the Respondent Nos.6 & 7, regarding grant of individual approval to the transfer of the Petitioner, be decided within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this Order. osk 1 of

In case the proposal is not in the proper format, the Respondent No.5-Education Officer shall intimate the Respondent Nos.6 & 7Management, within a period of one week from the date of communication of this Order. Within a period of one week thereafter the Respondent Nos.6 & 7 - Management to forward the proposal in the prescribed format along with documents called upon by the Respondent No.5-Education Officer. In such case, the proposal be decided within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this Order. 4.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
