An application was made for admission to the MBBS Course in January 2025. The Disability Certificate, annexed as Exhibit-A at page No.11 of the petition, was obtained by the petitioner on 5th June 2025. For the present, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.3 - Grant Govt. Medical College and Sir J.J. Group of Hospital to verify the Disability Certificate of the petitioner.

The petitioner to appear before the Superintendent of respondent No.3 - Grant Govt. Medical College and Sir J.J. Group of Hospital on 30th July 2025 at 11.00 a.m., whereupon the Superintendent may refer the petitioner for further DSS 1/2

Let the verification report be submitted to this Court in a sealed envelope by 31st July 2025.
