Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

An arguable question as to whether the Society can be directed to again hold a meeting to consider the resignations of the members of the Society, which have been already rejected in the Special General Body Meeting on 1 May 2022, arises for consideration. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 3 September 2025. 4.

Learned AGP waives service for Respondent Nos.1, 7 and 8. 5.

In addition to notice through Court, the Petitioner is at liberty to serve Respondent Nos.2 to 6 by private service and file an affidavit of service. 6.
