This Court has already delivered a Judgment on 6th May, 2025. Certain acts were directed to be done by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (for short 'MUHS'), within 4 weeks. According to the Petitioner, the MUHS has disobeyed the directions. However, a Contempt Petition has not been filed. Instead, one more Writ Petition has been filed.

Having delivered a Judgment, this Court is not expected to again pass a further order issuing further directions to MUHS. If anyone Gayatri Shimpi

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would withdraw this Petition and prefer a Contempt Petition. 4.
