Mr. Cyrus Ardeshir, learned senior counsel for the Petitioner has pointed out that this matter arises out of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI) as well as the order of the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and therefore, it is not clear as to in which assignment would this matter pertain to. 2.

Registry to verify and list the matter before the appropriate Bench, preferably on 10th September, 2025, as requested by the learned senior counsel for the Petitioner.
