It is stated in the praecipe that, the appearance of the Advocate for Respondent No.1 has incorrectly been shown in the said Order, as the Advocate had not appeared for the Respondent No.1.

Accordingly, the appearance of "Mr. Shubham Shende for Respondent No.1" shall be deleted in the Order dated 15th September, 2025 passed in Writ Petition No.10423 of 2025. 4.
