The petitioner-Manisha Ashok Bhindge, is seeking a direction to the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur to take a final decision on the proposal dated 09th May 2024 forwarded by Adarsh Bahu-Uddeshiya Va Samshodhan Sanstha, Solapurrespondent no.2 2.

Mr. Sachin H. Kankal, learned AGP for the respondent no. 2 submits that vide letter dated 17th January 2025 deficiencies in proposal submitted by the school-petitioner no.2 have been communicated.

The learned counsel for the petitioners make a statement that within two weeks the petitioner no. 2 shall be able to submit necessary documents and rectify the deficiencies as pointed out in the letter dated 17 January 2025.

Therefore, we order that if the management petitioner no. 2 furnishes the necessary documents and rectifies the deficiencies pointed out in the letter dated 17th January 2025, the Education Officer (Primary) shall grant approval for the appointment of petitioner no. 1, subject to all compliances being fulfilled. 5.
