Dilwale 5 teachers batch901 WP-5456-25 with connected writ petitions..doc demonstrate that the Government Resolution dated 15th March 2024 has not been issued in accordance with the mandatory provisions under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 ( for short, 'RTE Act') and the same would result in declaring a large number of teachers as surplus and thereby would seriously hamper the object behind the RTE Act to provide free and compulsory education to children belonging to the age group of 5 years to 14 years. The learned senior counsel has extensively referred to pleadings in these writ petitions.

The learned senior counsel has tendered a copy of the written submissions which is taken on record.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Writ Petition No.9276 of 2025 refers to the decision rendered in Writ Petition No.9495 of 2023 and submits that this Court may direct the respondentauthorities to keep in mind the directions issued by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition.
