By this petition the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner belonging to Tokre Koli Scheduled Tribe at the earliest. 2.

Urgency in the matter is that the petitioner has been allotted to the college and he is required to submit validity certificate on or before 04.09.2025.

We find from the documents placed on record that a paternal side blood relative has been granted validity certificate by the Scrutiny Committee.

In view of the above and considering the extreme urgency projected on behalf of the petitioner, we direct the sole respondent - Scrutiny Committee to pass final order on the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 02.09.2025.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
