Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of Section 8 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 the Civil Revision Application would not be maintainable. He therefore seeks leave to convert the Civil Revision Application into Writ Petition. Leave to amend will also include addition of document. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.

After amendment is carried out, office shall list the converted writ petition under the caption for "Fresh Admission".
