Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

A question as to whether the deemed conveyance could have been granted to one of the Cooperative Housing Societies without an architect's certificate, as envisaged by the Government Resolution dated 22nd June 2018, which delineates the procedure to be adopted in respect of issue of deemed conveyance certificate where only one Society out of many Societies approaches for grant of deemed conveyance, warrants consideration.
