Mr. Siddiquee, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Ms. Katkar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2, on instructions, state that parties have settled the dispute. Both of them state that the Petitioner will be paying an amount of Rs.40,00,000/- to the Respondent No.2 as full and final settlement and the said amount will be paid on or before 10th October 2025. Accordingly, both the learned Counsel state that the 'Consent Terms' will be filed before the learned Family Court.

In view of the above, Mr. Siddiquee, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition.
