Considering that the Petition is at a pre-admission stage, the amendments which are in the nature of bringing subsequent development on record is permitted.

The Interim Application in so far as prayer clauses (a) to (d) is granted. All rights and contentions as regards merits of the amendment are kept open.

Amendment to be carried out in the course of the week. 6.

As the relief set out in prayer clause (f) is sought in the Petition, the same to be considered during the hearing of the Petition. Interim Application stands disposed of.
