Reply affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 is already filed. We are informed by Mr. Gangal, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 that a writ petition with similar prayers has been filed which is scheduled to be listed on 26.08.2025 before the first Bench of this Court. He submits that a prayer would be made on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 to club this petition along with the said writ petition. 3.

In this view of the matter, we adjourn the proceedings to 02.09.2025. To be placed before the appropriate Bench as the Hon'ble Chief Justice may order.

Ad-interim orders granted earlier shall continue till the adjourned date of hearing.
