In this writ petition, the petitioner has made the following prayers : "a] Rule Nisi be issued and records and proceedings be called for.

b] By a suitable writ, order or direction, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 2 to immediately decide the proposal dated 6.2.2025 [EXHIBITD], seeking individual approval of appointment of the Petitioner No. 1 as a Shikshan Sevak in the aided Secondary School of the Petitioner No. 2 Management, within such period as may be allowed by this Hon'ble Court. c] Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, the Respondent No. 2 may be directed to immediately decide the proposal dated 6.2.2025 [EXHIBITD] and communicate the said decision to the Petitioners/Head Master of the school."

The petitioner no.1 claims that he was appointed as "Shikshan Sevak" on 1st July 2024 in open category after following the due process. Thereafter, a proposal was submitted by the Management-petitioner no.2 to the 1/2 Kartikeya Goti

926-WP-10550-2025.doc respondent no.2-Education Officer for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.1. It further appears that the respondent no.1 issued directions under the GR that the proposal received from the Management regarding approval of the appointment should be decided by the Education Officer-respondent no.2 within 8 weeks but the respondent no.2 did not decide the proposal within 8 weeks i.e. on or before 6th April 2025. The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent no.2 has yet not communicated the decision regarding the said proposal. 3.

In view thereof, Writ Petition No.10550 of 2025 is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the said proposal within four weeks, if already not decided.
