Heard Dr. Hatle, learned Advocate for Petitioner; Mr. Lakdawala, Advocate for Respondent No. 1 and Ms. Bhide, learned GP along with Ms. Crasto, AGP for Respondent No. 2 - State. 2.

In compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 15.09.2025, Dr. Hatle has placed on record affidavit containing all details of the outstanding amounts of wages which are due and payable from the State Government to the workers / employees working under his client in the Government Mental Hospital. Copy of the same is handed over to Ms. Bhide, learned GP.

In compliance of the directions contained in paragraph No. 14 of the previous order, Government shall take appropriate instructions and accordingly apprise the Court about correctness of details given by Dr. Hatle as also within how much time, Government would take appropriate steps to deposit arrears of outstanding amounts of wages which were / are due and payable to the workers in the Regional Mental Hospital, Thane.

Insofar as the directions contained in paragraph No. 15 of the order dated 15.09.2025 are concerned, Ms. Bhide would submit that she has instructions to place on record details of computation of workers' wages on affidavit in respect of cross Petition. If that be the case, Mr. Lakdawala undertakes to file additional affidavit within a period of three days from today, copy of which shall be forwarded to learned GP for taking cognizance. Learned GP in turn shall file additional affidavit of concerned Doctor on behalf of contracting giving details with the affidavit that shall be filed by Ms. Bhide and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date. 5.

The aforesaid exercise shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Stand over to 13th October, 2025 under the caption "First on Board".
