Ms. Prabhune, learned A.G.P. on instructions states that the application/appeal filed by the Petitioner is already heard by the Appellate Authority and the orders are reserved. She states that the orders shall be pronounced within two weeks from today. We accept the statement. 2.

In this view of the matter, further adjudication of the Petition is not called for as the only prayer in the Petition was to direct the Appellate Authority to decide the stay application/appeal filed by the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

All contentions of the parties on the order which is proposed to be passed are expressly kept open.
