Learned Advocate Mr. P.V. Barde submits that in the order dated 29.09.2025, in paragraph No.2 in last line inadvertently "Civil Hospital, Ahilyanagar" is typed instead of "Civil Hospital, Ahilyanagar / Nashik". As

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // WP_10560_2025 well as paragraph No.6 to the effect that "Till the next date, the impugned communication shall stand stayed." has been remained to be incorporated. Therefore, in the order dated 29.09.2025 in Writ Petition No.10560 of 2025 the words appearing as - "Civil Hospital, Ahilyanagar" in paragraph No.2 in last line be substituted as - "Civil Hospital, Ahilyanagar / Nashik". As well as after paragraph No.5, paragraph No.6 be added as under :

"6 Till the next date, the impugned communication shall stand stayed."

As such necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 29.09.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.10560 of 2025. Copies issued, if any, be deemed to have been corrected accordingly.
